Prepare the Package

Securely pack the item in its original retail box including all cables, keycaps, and tools, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the exterior.

Ship the Item

Send your package via a trackable shipping service to the return address provided by our support team; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Inspection and Refund

Once our warehouse receives and inspects the product for any damage or missing parts, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
