Which operating systems are Keychron keyboards compatible with?
All Keychron keyboards are designed to be fully compatible with macOS, Windows, iOS, and Android. Each keyboard includes dedicated system toggles and extra keycaps for both Mac and Windows layouts.
How long does shipping take and which countries do you ship to?
We offer international shipping to most countries. Standard delivery typically takes 7-15 business days, while expedited shipping can take 3-7 business days depending on your location.
What is your return policy for mechanical keyboards?
We offer a 7-day return policy for items in their original packaging and condition. If you encounter a manufacturing defect, please contact our support team within the warranty period for a replacement or repair.
What is the difference between Hot-swappable and non-Hot-swappable versions?
Hot-swappable versions allow you to change your mechanical switches without soldering, making it easy to customize your typing experience. Non-hot-swappable versions have the switches soldered directly to the PCB.
How do I claim my warranty?
To claim your warranty, please provide your order number and a video or photo demonstrating the technical issue to our support email. Our keyboards generally come with a 1-year limited warranty.
